CAREER ARCHITECTURE FOR INDIVIDUALS & ORGANISATIONSCLIENT ACCESS

Clear responsibility.
Considered decisions.

Our governance approach connects leadership accountability, evidence, professional review and recorded approval throughout the client journey.

CONTACT THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Accountability through
the Executive Office.

NEXTCHAPTER is founder-led. The Executive Office retains responsibility for direction, engagement standards and the approval of changes to the proprietary NEXT Framework.

Leadership is presented through institutional responsibilities and company contact channels. For each engagement, the client should know who leads the work, what requires approval and where to raise a question or concern.

The responsibilities below describe our operating model. They may be held by the same person; they do not represent separate departments or an independent board.

Who is accountable for what.

Executive Office

Accountability for institutional direction, engagement acceptance, commercial terms, consequential stage approvals and authorised methodology releases.

Engagement lead

Responsibility for understanding the client brief, checking evidence, preparing tailored products and bringing decisions forward for approval.

Research & Innovation

Responsibility for assessing sources, documenting proposed changes and identifying their implications for the NEXT Framework and existing engagements.

Any external specialist involvement, responsibilities and access to client information must be agreed for the relevant engagement.

Standards that shape the work.

Scope and commercial clarity

Deliverables, fees, timetable, payment arrangements and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Changes to the agreed work require written agreement.

Confidentiality and permission

Client information is used for the agreed engagement. Employer-sponsored work requires clear boundaries on information sharing and sponsor reporting. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.

Evidence and honest representation

Career narratives and strategic products must reflect the client’s actual experience and achievements. Assumptions and evidence gaps should be identified and addressed during review.

Conflicts and professional boundaries

Potential conflicts should be disclosed and considered before accepting or continuing work. Career advisory services and their limits are set out in the engagement terms.

Technology supports.
People authorise.

The NEXT engine supports a staged process. Client-specific judgement remains central to progression and release.

  1. Confirm the brief and evidence

Record objectives, constraints and supporting information. Obtain permission before processing client material through an AI provider.

  2. Prepare and review

Use the framework and, where authorised, AI assistance to formulate products. Check facts, relevance, language and consistency before release.

  3. Approve progression

The authorised reviewer records approval before the engagement moves to the next stage. Material changes to earlier inputs require affected decisions to be reviewed again.

  4. Retain the decision record

Keep product versions, approval decisions and methodology references together so that changes can be understood and reviewed.

Research becomes practice
through review.

New research enters a review process: assess the source and its freshness, examine relevance and limitations, propose a change, compare its implications and obtain authorised release.

A live feed does not automatically rewrite the NEXT Framework or a client’s plan. Existing work retains its approved methodology until a specific impact review authorises adoption of a new version.

Responsibility for a release rests with the Executive Office. Research collection and AI output support that decision; they do not constitute approval.

EXPLORE RESEARCH & INNOVATION

A clear route to the institution.

For a service concern, conflict disclosure, correction or governance question, contact the Executive Office at contact@nextchapter-global.com. Include your engagement reference where available, a concise account of the issue and the response you are seeking. Please avoid sending sensitive evidence in an initial enquiry.

The Executive Office is the initial contact. Where a concern involves the person handling your engagement, request an alternative reviewer; the available arrangements should be confirmed with you.
